Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Creative Brief is a one-time purchase product. We stand behind what we build. If the brief you receive does not meet a reasonable standard of quality — incomplete output, a generation failure, or a result that clearly does not reflect your brand — we will refund you in full. No argument.

What Qualifies for a Refund

• —The brief failed to generate or returned an error
• —The output is clearly generic and does not reflect the submitted URL
• —You were charged but received no output

What Does Not Qualify

• —You received a complete brief but disagree with the strategic recommendations
• —You changed your mind after the brief was generated
• —You submitted a URL that was not a live, crawlable website
• —You are requesting a refund more than 3 days after purchase

How to Request

Email [email protected] with the following:

• —Your submission URL
• —Your order reference or the email used at checkout
• —A screenshot or description of the issue — what you received vs. what you expected

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. In nearly every case we can resolve the issue directly and faster than a dispute process. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be contested.
